Questions before you order
Will it remove old, hard grease?
Steam softens most cooking grease within seconds so it wipes off. Very old, baked-on layers may need 2–3 passes with the brush nozzle.
Do I need soap or chemicals?
No. Use clean tap water only. Do not put detergent, bleach or vinegar in the tank.
Is it safe on my sofa and carpet?
Yes for most fabric sofas, carpets and curtains. Fit the cloth, keep moving and don't soak one spot. Test a small hidden area first, and don't use it on leather, silk or velvet.
What plug does it use?
A Kenyan 3-pin plug (Type G), 220–240V. It fits normal sockets in Kenya, no adapter needed.
Does it kill bed bugs?
The steam reaches 110°C at the nozzle and gets into mattress seams and sofa joints. We do not promise it will end an infestation on its own; for that, also use a professional treatment.
Is it safe around children?
The steam is very hot. Keep it away from children, never point it at people or pets, and let it cool before opening the cap.
